From Jun. 13th – 17th 2016, the Sino-German Legal Cooperation programme in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China hosted the annual commercial law training course. Core topics of the event were consumer protection in the online trade, as well as recent developments in German anti-trust law and EU competition law.
