Organized by the Sino-German Legal Cooperation programme, from July 5th-8th 2016 a delegation from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (Shanghai AIC) visited Germany to discuss trademark law. At the heart of the trip was the exchange with representatives of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in Munich. Moreover, the delegation also visited the Bayer Pharma AG and a law firm.
