Experts from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) travel to Germany

Headed by Vice-minister Mrs GAN Lin, a delegation of five experts from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (SAIC) undertook a study trip to Germany from June 21st – 24th 2016 to inform themselves about online trade supervision. During the visits to the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection in Berlin and the Federal Association of German Online Traders there was great interest especially in the German system of supervision and its legal bases.
