From the 5th until the 16th of July 2021 a training course on Introduction into German Civil Law and German Case Analysis Technique took place at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, Changping. Around 28 Chinese educated jurists participated and were introduced to the German methodology on the application of law. Under the guidance of Dr. Marco Haase, director of the Sino-German Legal Cooperation Program, the participants practiced the application of the techniques on cases under German Civil Law.
In cooperation with the China University of Political Science and Law, especially with the Sino-German Law Institute, the Sino-German Legal Cooperation Program organizes summer school on judicial methodology pro year. The aim of these courses is to promote a better understanding of German Law and judicial methodology for educated jurist, so that they would be capable of techniques as taking judicial occupation. Hence, improving the legal certainty for citizens indirectly.
