From April 5th to April 14th 2016 an eight-day training course on the methodology of the application of law in civil and criminal law was held at the National Judges College in Beijing. 102 Chinese judges standing at the beginning of their judicial career participated. The course was taught by head of department Mrs. Wang Xiaofang (National Judges College), judge at the local court of Hamburg Dr. Johannes Schlichte and Prof. Dr. Marco Haase (both Sino-German Legal Cooperation programme).
