In 1991, graduated from Shanghai Foreign Language University with a bachelor’s degree in German. 1996 to 1999 master’s degree in business at Gerhard-Mercator GH Duisburg University, Germany; 2003 to 2005 master’s degree in practical psychology, direction human resources from the Beijing University. September 1991 to 1993 translator at the Central Compilation & Translation Bureau. Since August 2000 on the Sino-German Legal Cooperation Programme of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Beijing.
